It is a space where nature is appreciated, a quiet residential development where you will find peace, tranquility, security, a unique place to relax and rest. The rooms overlook the Mountain and Pool. We are 2 kilometers from Guayabitos Beach, 10 minutes to Marcos, 20 to San Pancho and 25 minutes to Sayulita.

    Quiet hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

  • -Check-in time is 3:00 PM and -check-out time is 12:00 PM.

    -Treat PUNTA MERAKI as your home during your stay, and kindly care for it as if it were your own. Please refrain from using speakers or sound systems, as this is a place of rest.

    -Ensure all electronic appliances are turned off (TV, AC, refrigerator, stove, etc.) when not in use. Turn off the AC when leaving the room.

    -Dispose of trash in bags; do not leave trash in rooms or common areas. DO NOT LITTER.

    -After returning from the beach, shower before using the pool.

    -Wifi and electricity are included, but note that power outages and wifi disruptions may occur due to factors beyond our control, usually during bad weather.

    -Do not consume food or drinks in or around the pool area.

    -Pool hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

    -Use of the pool is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty.

    -Extra cleaning within your stay costs $300 pesos and must be requested 2 days in advance.

    -Smoking is prohibited in the rooms.

    -Towels are for indoor use only.

    -Guests under 14 are not allowed to use the pool without adult supervision.

    -Access only allowed for registered guests.

    -Running or jumping into the pool is prohibited.

    -The pool is used at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty.

    -Do not leave clothes or towels hanging or lying outside of rooms.

    -Laundry facilities are exclusively for Punta Meraki's use; not for guests.

    -Use water and electricity responsibly.

    -If using the grill, please clean it afterward.

    -A deposit of $1,000 pesos is required for the gate remote control. Failure to return it will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

    -When checking out, please wash dishes, glasses, and utensils (for hygiene and COVID-related reasons), and ensure cleanliness.

    -For your safety, visitors are not permitted. Access to facilities and furniture is restricted to those staying at Punta Meraki.
